How does ordering a custom patch work?
Upload your artwork or type your text, choose the shape, size, colour and backing, then add to cart. Within 24/48 hours you receive a free digital proof: approve it or ask for changes, and only then do we start production.
When am I charged?
Payment is only charged when your order ships. Creating and approving the digital proof is always free.
Is the digital proof free?
Yes, the proof is free and with no obligation. You can request as many changes as you like until you are completely satisfied.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product: embroidered patches have no minimum, you can order even 1. For the other types (sublimated, PVC, woven, silicone) the minimum is 50 pieces. In any case, the more you order, the lower the price per piece.
What are the delivery times?
Embroidered patches are delivered in 6/9 working days; the other types (sublimated, PVC, woven, silicone) in 9/12 days. Times start from when you approve the proof.
Which backing types can I choose?
You can choose a sew-on, iron-on (heat-adhesive) or hook-and-loop (velcro) patch. The backing is selected in the configurator and may carry a small surcharge.
Can I order patches with my logo or text?
Yes. You can upload your logo or artwork, or choose the text patch and type your text picking font and colours. We always create a tailored proof before producing.
Do you offer reseller or bulk prices?
Yes. We have a dedicated reseller area with special prices on embroidered patches. For large quantities or business supplies, contact us for a tailored quote.
How are the patches shipped? Is shipping free?
We ship throughout Italy by courier. Shipping is free for orders over 100 pieces.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery. In any case, the amount is only charged at shipping.
